We believe that Coaching is as yet a vastly unused resource in the business environment here in the UK and indeed throughout the world.  The only way to improve this anomaly is to train and produce Sales,  Business and Personal Coaches whose training and ethics are beyond reproach and where standards of excellence are paramount. 

You may say “I only want to be a Sales Coach”.  

You cannot be a sales coach or indeed any coach, unless you go through the process employed in these modules, which gives you a thorough grounding in the coaching system and its origins in psychology.  You will begin to understand how the personality and belief system works, and once you understand this, you will be able to create the necessary rapport, listening and questioning techniques to facilitate change within your clients.

We can also now begin the process of explaining and demonstrating the tools and methodologies you can utilise within the coaching environment whether you're coaching business managers, HR training personnel, individuals or sales teams.    

In order to meet these criteria we have developed an outstanding coaching course which enshrines those principles and which leads the field in Coach Training. The course consists of 3 modules (each of which is spread over a period of 4 days). The course content endows our Coaches with all the necessary tools and abilities to work at the highest levels of excellence as Sales, Business or Personal Coaches.

These sessions are monitored and observed to produce a positive learning feedback situation.
